Returns:

You can return qualifying items within 15 days of purchase. To do so please 1)email us for an authorization # at returns@beadsorlando.com, 2) pack up your items including a copy of the invoice with the RA # you receive by email, and 3) ship to American Modern Inc., 2912 Corrine Dr., Orlando, FL 32803. Upon receipt of the merchandise we will issue you a refund for the cost of the returned items. Please Note: Shiping costs are not refundable.

We cannot accept returns on: 1) Cut Chain, 2) Sale Items, 3) any items that are not in their original condition.

Sales Tax: 6.5% sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to a Florida address. You can Fax resale certificates to 407.894.8941.

Standard Shipping: $5.00 Flat Shipping cost via USPS (may take up to 7 business days for delivery), no insurance on items.
